We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is proactive, creative, and genuinely invested in the quality of every hire. We want a talent hunter who brings AI-driven efficiency, challenges the status quo, and cares deeply about the candidate experience. Responsibility

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from creative sourcing to the final "Yes."
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and define the "ideal hire" beyond the basic job description.
  • Integrate AI tools and automation into your daily workflow to streamline processes and discover unconventional sourcing channels.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive talent within the Israeli tech ecosystem and across global markets.
  • candidate experience: Build a candidate experience worth talking about. Every touchpoint should reflect our DNA and values.
  • Contribute to employer branding through content, campaigns, and by being an authentic ambassador in the talent market.
  • Leverage data and recruiting metrics to refine sourcing strategies, manage pipelines, and improve overall hiring efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in fast-growing startups or hyper-growth tech companies.
  • Experience recruiting for Cybersecurity companies - a significant bonus.
  • Advanced AI capabilities - active use of AI tools and automation to optimize sourcing, outreach, and workflow.
  • Expert-level sourcing skills with a "Hunter" instinct for engaging passive, top-tier talent.
  • Global recruiting experience, including cross-border hiring and navigating diverse talent markets.
  • Startup DNA: Proactive, resourceful, and thrives in fast-paced environments with high emotional intelligence.
  • Full-cycle ownership: From defining strategy with hiring managers to building pipelines and managing the final "close."
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Hebrew (written and verbal) - a natural storyteller who can represent our brand authentically.
  • Data-driven mindset: Using metrics to inform sourcing strategies, evaluate pipelines, and improve hiring outcomes.
  • A people person - to make the process smoother and create the best relationship with every candidate.
