Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across social platforms, ensuring alignment with company messaging and goals
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to track performance and optimize content strategies
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner, fostering a positive community
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to improve engagement and outreach
  • Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Proven experience in creating engaging content and managing multiple social media platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software
  • Experience with social media advertising and budget management is a plus
